We believe that theatre is a powerful tool for social change. Through the affirmation and usage of theatre techniques and methods, we work on development of capacity of marginalized groups of young people and improvement of quality of psychosocial work.

We would like, in the future, that many institutions, government or non-government organizations become aware of the wide spectrum of possibilities that theatre pedagogy offers, and to include theatre methods and techniques in their psycho-social and educative

The goals of "In Stage Organization - ISO" are:

• affirmation of civil values through art, stimulation of active participation of citizens in development of civil society through art expression

• the development of programs for cultivation of art as healing process and stimulating of individual development through creativity and creative expression

• education and development of consciousness about content and importance of humanity, human rights, creativity and civil society

• the exploration of new forms of artistic expression and affirmation and popularization of these activities in public
